Devices for elimination (cleansing) of waste water, we call waste water treatment plant. Waste water treatment plants are offered as fully automatic working continuously or with manual operation working discontinuously. Main asset of continuous waste water treatment plants is its continuous work, that means that waste water flows into plant continuously. Waste water are continuously treated at plant, therefore there are no need for instalation of large retention tanks. These continuous waste water treatment plants are very comfortable for user and these plants can treat large amount of waste water as well. Manually operated discontinuous waste water treatment plants finds place at smaller lines, where is less amount of waste water that needs treatment. 

Working principle of waste water treatment plant

Our waste water treatment plants serves for elimination (cleansing) of waste water (rinses above all) from galvanic lines, KTL lines, surface pretreatment lines and surface treatment lines. Conception of waste water treatment plants comes from line technology. Conception also comes from valid limits for waste water release according to valid rules and local limits. Principle of elimination (cleansing) for rinse waste water is physically-chemical purge.

Elimination of waste air

We consider vapors and gasses from baths as waste air. This waste air is ventilated by our ventilation frames on tanks or by our ventilation walls behind tanks or by fume hood above tanks. Every ventilation system contains frame or wall or hood together with ventilator and extrusion pipeline behind the ventilator with spreading head. We offer our scrubbers and droplet separtors on field of waste air cleansing. Scrubbers works on principle of antiflow where sucked air is sprayed by water (or watter with additive). High efficiency rate up to 99% is ensured by scrubber filling. Fillings might be different regarding the process. Scrubber contains integrated droplet separator which purge droplets from cleansed air. Scrubbers are offered in more size variants according to amount of treated air mass. Scrubbers are offered in more material designs. We offer droplet separator units, for lines where is not required scrubber. Droplet separator serves for elimination of droplets. Droplet separators are offered in more size variants according to amount of treated air mass.
