Phosphate lines
Devices for dipping surface treatment on phosphating parts, we call phosphate lines. Phosphate lines are supplied as functional unit, however we can supply even parts (tanks, manipulation systems, hanging devices, ovens, plants for waste water cleansing, air technique (ventilation), water management...) Our phosphate lines are made according to customer need. Every phosphate line have unique measures.
Technological process at phosphate line
Parts for phosphate surface treatment must be degreased and rinsed before. Parts are usually etched/pickled and rinsed as well. Parts need to be activated in bath before phosphate process. Phosphated parts need to be pasivated, rinsed and dried. Phosphate process is done on racks, in barrel or in baskets by dipping in chemical bath. Phosphate line is based on degreasing and etching/pickling line with phosphate workplace. Goods is transported by manipulators between tanks. Whole design of phosphate line is in accordance with customer needs. There is given special attention to reach high quality of treated surface, high efficiency and reasonable price of technological device. Zinc phosphate or iron(III) phosphate or manganese(III) phosphate is usually used for phosphating parts (Mentioned process is written for phosphate).
Goods transport at phosphate line
Parts that should be degreased are mostly hanged on racks or tossed into the barrels or put into baskets. Line could be designed in one straight branch or in straight branch where hanging equipment is returned (racks, baskets or barrels). More branches for one line usually means line where are more technologies. Manipulation system of line contains lifting stands, manipulators and transport trucks. Manipulator we offer in these types - underhanging, portal, half-portal, side. Manipulators could be covered with inner ventilated area. Manipulators could be made with possibility of tilting goods.
Wastes from phosphate line
Process baths emits waste air (gas, vapors). This waste air could alkaline or acidic according to type bath. This waste air is sucked off by line ventilation system. Ventilation system might be upgraded for scrubber with integrated droplet separator, which cleanse waste air and remove droplets. Ventilation system might be upgraded by droplet separator, which removes droplets from waste air. Waste water from baths is another important waste created by phosphate line. This water could be cleansed on our automatic waste water treatment plants or on our manual waste water treatment plants. Sludges from phosphate bath are continuously separated on lamellar separator and on filter press.
