Manipulators

Manipulators are elemental unit of every manipulation system, which ensure manipulation on galvanic line, KTL line, surface pretreatment line and surface treatment line. We offer more types of manipulators and each of them have certain assets. Underhanging manipulator is based and most used type of manipulator. Underhanging manipulators travel on rail, which is situated above tank line. Travel mechanism of this manipulator is situated on its upper part. Portal manipulator is another used type of manipulator. Travel rail of portal manipulator is situated in tank line level. Travel mechanism of this manipulator is situated on its lower part. Half-portal manipulator is another type of manipulator and our develop speciality. This special manipulator combines the assets of underhanging and portal manipulators. Side manipulator is another type manipulator. This manipulator have rail behind tank line and its travel mechanism lays on vertical plane at two lines, where one is above the other. This type manipulator is usually used for line with smaller tank. Pair manipulator is last type and specialy developed by us for long tanks. Pair manipulator use assets of underhanging manipulator and thanks to electric link can very elegantly transport large goods. Pair manipulators replaces large heavy manipulators with steel wheels where comes to serious rail and wheels wear off. Most of our manipulators offers goods tilting possibility. Our manipulators have hanging device for transport racks, barrels and baskets. Manipulators are equipped by electric contacts for current transfer in case of barrel conception. These contacts are necesarry for barrel rolling. We have developed manipulators (tilting version included) for taking goods form PF (power free) cranes and for placing goods on painting lines PF cranes. Manipulators are offered with loading capacity up to 5000 kg.

Transporting trucks

Transporting trucks are important part of all lines with two or more branches conception. Transporting trucks provides transport between the branches. There are also used in straight line for transport to side. This side transport might usefull for hanging or unhanging goods. Its important manipulation part on many galvanic lines, KTL lines, surface pretreatment lines and surface treatment lines thanks to its function. We offer transporting trucks in more types and divide them to automatic transport trucks, automatic tank transport trucks and manual transport trucks. Automatic transport trucks travels on its own rail alternatively on concrete floor, where is anchored guiding profile instead of rail. Tank transport trucks travel on rail construction which is placed on transport tank. Goods is moving trough bath (rinse) while is transported on tank transport truck. Manual transport trucks serves for manual transport of goods. Our transport trucks could transport various goods on various hanging devices. We have transport trucks with device for spilling barrels (usefull for barrel lines). Transport trucks are offered with loading capacity up to 5000 kg.

Lifting stands

Lifting stands are important units for all lines where are different height level between tank line and input/output positions. Lifting stands are very comfortable for hanging goods or taken goods out of racks, when high racks are used (deep process tanks). Liftingd stands are important unit at many galvanic lines, KTL lines, surface pretreatment lines and surface treatment lines. Our lifting stands are able to work with hanging bars (racks), barrels or baskets. We offer specially upgraded lifting stands which serves as hanging workplaces for chain PF (power free) cranes within painting lines.
