Technological process at KTL line

There is need surface pretreatment for parts before KTL painting process, that applies on any KTL technology. This surface pretreatment is right to do by dipping. Parts for KTL painting are degreased by dip or spray in chemical bath during the surface pretreatment. Effect of dip degreasing could be enhanced by ultrasonic or electrolytic way.  Parts need to rinsed after degreasing and then according to needs etched/pickled with following rinses. Parts need to be activated with rinse and then phosphated (zinc phosphate) with rinses. Phosphated parts are pasivated and rinsed again. Cataphoresis KTL painting could be applied. Paint (different colours) is applied by dipp while electric current is in bath. Painted goods is rinsed and put into oven. Goods is transported by manipulators between tanks. Whole design of zinc plating line is in accordance with customer needs. There is given special attention to reach high quality of treated surface, high efficiency and reasonable price of technological device. 

Goods transport at KTL line

Parts that should be KTL painted are mostly hanged on racks. Line could be designed in one straight branch or in straight branch where hanging equipment is returned (racks) or in two branches. Manipulation system of line contains lifting stands, manipulators and transport trucks. Manipulator we offer in these types - underhanging, portal, half-portal, side. Manipulators could be covered with inner ventilated area. Manipulators could be made with possibility of tilting goods. There are offen painted long parts with hollows at KTL lines, so there is very usefull to use manipulators with possibility of tilt.

Wastes from KTL line

Procesní lázně emitují odpadní vzdušinu (plyny, páry). Podle typu lázně pak zásaditou nebo kyselou. Tato odpadní vzdušina je odváděna odsáváním linky. Odsávací systém může být doplněn o absorbér s integrovaným separátorem kapek nebo jen separátorem kapek, který provede vyčištění této odpadní vzdušiny a odstraní kapky. Dalším významným odpadem z lakovací KTL linky jsou odpadní vody z lázní. Pro likvidaci těchto odpadních vod nabízíme ruční nebo plně automatické zneškodňovací stanice.
