Deoxidation lines
Devices for dipping surface treatment on deoxidation mostly aluminium parts, we call deoxidation lines. Deoxidation lines are supplied as functional unit, however we can supply even parts (tanks, manipulation systems, hanging devices, ovens, plants for waste water cleansing, air technique (ventilation), water management...) Our deoxidation lines are made according to customer need. Every deoxidation line have unique measures.
Technological process at deoxidation line
There are usually done alkaline degreasing with rinses before deoxidation (acidic degreasing). Deoxidated parts have to be rinsed. Deoxidated goods is pasivated usually by zirconium or titanium pasivation, then rinsed and dried. Goods is transported by manipulators between tanks. Whole design of deoxidation line is in accordance with customer needs. There is given special attention to reach high quality of treated surface, high efficiency and reasonable price of technological device.
Goods transport at deoxidation line
Parts that should be degreased are mostly hanged on racks or put into baskets. Line could be designed in one straight branch or in straight branch where hanging equipment is returned (racks or baskets). More branches for one line usually means line where are more technologies. Manipulation system of line contains lifting stands, manipulators and transport trucks. Manipulator we offer in these types - underhanging, portal, half-portal, side. Manipulators could be covered with inner ventilated area. Manipulators could be made with possibility of tilting goods. There are usually treated long hollow parts by this technology so there is very effective to use manipulators which allows tilting goods. Bath could easily get in and out while goods is tilted.
Wastes from deoxidation line
Process baths emits waste air (gas, vapors). This waste air could alkaline or acidic according to type bath. This waste air is sucked off by line ventilation system. Ventilation system might be upgraded for scrubber with integrated droplet separator, which cleanse waste air and remove droplets. Ventilation system might be upgraded by droplet separator, which removes droplets from waste air. Waste water from baths is another important waste created by deoxidation line. This water could be cleansed on our automatic waste water treatment plants or on our manual waste water treatment plants.
