Anodizing lines
Devices for dipping surface treatment (plating) of parts, which are anodized we call anodizing lines. Anodizing lines are supplied as functional unit, however we can supply even parts (tanks, manipulation systems, hanging devices, ovens, plants for waste water cleansing, air technique (ventilation), water management...) Our anodizing lines are made according to customer need. Every anodizing line have unique measures.
Technological process at anodizing line
There is need surface pretreatment for parts before anodizing process, that applies on any anodizing technology. Parts for anodizing process are degreased by dip or spray in chemical bath during the surface pretreatment. Parts need to rinsed after degreasing and then needs to done etch/pickling (various) with following rinses. Process continues by deoxidation with rinses. Pretreatment is finished and anodizing comes. Anodizing is done in acidic bath. Anodization is sorted by process temperature on hard anodization and on decorative anodization. Anodized parts needs to be rinsed and then could be painted. There is need to seal parts after anodization, rinse them and dry them. Goods is transported by manipulators between tanks. Whole design of anodizing line is in accordance with customer needs. There is given special attention to reach high quality of treated surface, high efficiency and reasonable price of technological device.
Goods transport at anodizing line
Parts that should be plated are mostly hanged on racks. Line could be designed in one straight branch or in straight branch where hanging equipment is returned (racks) or two branches line. More branches for one line usually means line where are more technologies. Manipulation system of line contains lifting stands, galvanic manipulators and transport trucks. Galvanic manipulator we offer in these types - underhanging, portal, half-portal, side. Manipulators could be covered with inner ventilated area. Manipulators could be made with possibility of tilting goods.
Wastes from anodizing line
Process baths emits waste air (gas, vapors). This waste air could alkaline or acidic according to type bath. This waste air is sucked off by line ventilation system. Ventilation system is usually upgraded for scrubber with integrated droplet separator, which cleanse waste air and remove droplets. Waste water from baths is another important waste created by anodizing line. This water could be cleansed on our automatic waste water treatment plants or on our manual waste water treatment plants.
